Upon my recent aquatic venture into the city in the janky time machine, I stumbled upon Union Square's latest splash – the Floating Market. What once was the bustling epicenter of Manhattan's hustle and bustle now hosts wooden boats brimming with fresh produce and the latest in amphibious footwear. Move over, Venice; New York's got its own waterways now, and in true NYC style, we've turned adversity into an avenue (or canal) of opportunity.
